It is fair to say, there was not a moment, despite the driving rain, the sloshing mud, and cold wind, that we were not having the time of our lives as we hacked through the woods, the hills, the rivers, the fields - on our quad bikes!
Yes I was SLOW at first and the men-folk sighed a lot and gave me pitying looks, but I soon got up to speed - so much so I completely missed a turning and went flying past - there is no reverse on a quad bike folks!! The instructor had to come rescue me!
Never enjoyed being wet, cold and muddy so much in my life!
